The Ikea plain glass tumbler glasses from Romania and Poland have a clever design embedded in them. There is a ring about 2/3'rds of the way up that's obvious to see - and it also happens to be exactly 1 cup. Handy when you wake up in the morning and want OJ, but only 1 cup. I'm quite fond of Vanilla-flavored Coconut Milk. It's about as close to true milk as I can get. Some people prefer one over the other, so I'd suggest trying them all until you find something you like.
