On my food plan our nutrionist says it's very important to eat a whole meal after working out. so i have breakfast then time my work out so i have lunch right after.

I so love Tilapia, much better than Salmon. It's not as fishy as Flounder and not as fatty as Salmon. Just love to broil or bake it and then put a little salsa on it.

hubby is having a buffalo burger, i'm having a trader joe's chili lime chicken burger, both on an Arnold's deli flat. He is having mozzarella sticks, I'm having steamed brocoli. not a very inventive meal but I've been trying to keep it good, healthy and easy.

You need to combine resistance with cardio. One day do resistance, one day do cardio.

I do not go by what MFP says you burned. I think they are way off base. I use what my treadmill tells me I burned. Or I take the total minutes worked out, add a zero and then divide by 2. That formula is pretty accurate.

Well, I'm all for doubling water and exercise but no way for not eating after supper. On my food plan, we are to eat every 2 to 3 hours and up to one hour before bedtime, preferably protein. Thanks for motivating me on the water and exercise though! Christine

You have no idea what those pills are doing to your organs, heart, liver, etc. I would never take any pills. Healthy eating and exercise is the way to go.

Try eating a protein bar like Luna as soon as you get up before working out. Then eat breakfast two to three hours after that bar. That would work!
