Drop that trainer with a quickness. Not professional of fit to train AT ALL! You are suppose to feel 100% comfortable with this person. Your bond is important. Leave this and find someone better or simply train yourself.

Well, I figure if fast food places are open, so are supermarkets. I started going there in stead and buying either a can of tuna with no salt crackers, getting a sub made there from the deli(my way with less fat/sodium) or buying a pack of suchi.
