Do you ADD fat Calories with regular calories burned here?
When I add my cardio treadmill workout, My Fitness Pal calculates a much higher number of calories burned than my treadmill monitor does. Here's the thing though. My treadmill monitor breaks down Fat Calories and Regular Calories. So my question again is, Do I add both together and report it on my daily exercise chart?…

Just Started ! YaY.... A HELLO to you!
I just started and already I'm warned for not eating enough. I did just come off of a 10 day fast though. That really helped me eliminate the bad choices I did before too. Well, so far, I walk fast 3 times a week and plan to incorporate more as I go. I hope to stick with this because I'm quick to give up on this stuff.…
