Just Started ! YaY.... A HELLO to you!

I just started and already I'm warned for not eating enough. I did just come off of a 10 day fast though. That really helped me eliminate the bad choices I did before too. Well, so far, I walk fast 3 times a week and plan to incorporate more as I go.
I hope to stick with this because I'm quick to give up on this stuff. What I like about this though is that it doesn't "force" you to eat a certain way. Here's the frustrating part though. My ANDROID has issues loading the app. I can only report from home and I see this being an issue. If there is Staff on here, I hope they can help me load it..
