My Numbers: SW: 230.6 CW: 227.6 GW: 219 LTGW: 140-150 Weigh ins: Friday mornings. 1/3/14= 230.6 1/10/14= 227.6 1/17/14= 227.8 1/24/14= 1/31/14= Final weigh in for the month. Well, I maintained. It's better than a gain. Have to change some things up this week.

I have a weakness for coffee, specifically, mocha lattes 300+ calories per drink!! If I drink coffee anymore, I use a half packet of hot chocolate in my coffee. it's roughly 45 calories for the regular swiss miss. I've switched to green tea lately. Thank you everyone. I'm going to log it as circuit training for now. I worked up a pretty good sweat. I'm planning on getting a watch that counts how many calories you burn during a workout or any other activity using your heart rate to gauge it. That will most likely be the most accurate.
