You both did fantastic!! Any progress is some progress! Lost 10.5 pounds, 4 1/2 inches in hips and 1 1/2 inches in waist. I am very excited. I passed up my per-pregnancy weight and am on my way to my second goal. I am 10.5 pounds away from this second goal.

Im down 2 pounds since day 1. pretty excited. im only 5 pounds away from my pre-pregnancy weight! i had my baby feb. 20th amd gained 47 pounds so i feel like this weight loss is a great accomplishment. keep up the good work everyone!

Yea you don't do any weights. You just do the number of squats that it says to do for each day. You do them once a day all at the same time. You will notice such a difference in your muscles!
