I read a quote that says "Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels"...I like to change skinny to healthy. I also let myself have a cheat day. I'm really good during the week and on Sunday, I don't track my food. I don't go crazy but I don't feel guilty about having a piece of cheesecake either. You have to be really careful…

I've been using MapMyRun but may try Runkeeper if it has an interval plans! I hate having to keep looking at my watch to see if it's time to speed up or slow down. Pverbarg, what pace group are you in? Philllbis, there seems to be about a million half-marathon apps out there. I would just pick one and go for it. If you're…

I started C25K November 2011 and I'm running my second Mini marathon in May. I had a few repeat weeks when I started and the first time I had to run 20 minutes in a row about killed me, but I kept up with it. I've gotten over running in the cold and snow, but I still hate rain! ;-) I used the C25K app.

Mostly fruits/veggies and whole grains. I wasn't gaining weight, but it's just not going down. I know I'm building muscle,…

I really like the IndyRunners training series. Typically, they start at Hinkle and then run down the foot path along the canal and back. You also run with a pacer in a pace group which is nice. After every run, they have "informational meeting" with topics ranging from running gear to injury prevention.

Cheapest exercise is just walking outside. Not very glamorous but it's free!
