One of the things I did back on Memorial Day is to eleminate all snack foods. These are the processed foods that have lot's of High Frutcose Corn Syrup. Memorial Day 2012 I took myself off all processed foods that have high High Frutcose Corn syrup and switched over to Agave Sweetner which is all natural(from a plant) and keeps my sugar levels stable, therefore I don't get those "hunger pangs" anymore.
