I'm straight up and down, when I am at a healthy weight I guess I look skinny and I do lose my boobs and butt. I've never had waist. I don't know if I'd prefer to be a different way, I have just grown to love the body I'm in; the body that lets me run, work, play and the body that carried my two children.

I tracked to re-educate myself but now I only log calories on days when I'm not too sure how much I've eaten. My diet tends to be pretty repetitive (I actually like it that way...) so I have a pretty good grip on what I'm eating most days. But if I eat something out of the ordinary, or eat out, then I log the calories. My…

I do 45 mins to an hour 5-6 times per week. I try to shake things up by cycling, jogging, swimming, group fitness classes and resistance stuff. I like high intensity stuff too, especially sprints. I haven't looked into the science, but basically the more cardio I do the more I can eat. There might be more efficient ways of…

Took me 6-7 months to lose 20lbs No speed loss here!

The problem is that some people either a) want to lose weight waaaay too quickly and think a gimmick will do it or b) think they have no willpower so sign up for something that takes all the choices out of their day and forces them to eat less calories (but in the guise of a shake diet, a fruit detox, a cabbage diet...). A…

My wrists are even smaller and it fits fine, I have the ladies version. The face is quite chunky on me but it does the job :)

Exercise is hard when you have young kids - believe me, been there done that! I talked about it here: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/819919-lost-weight-stuck-at-home-pics Even if you have to get up very early, try to get the exercise out of the way before the day begins. And try to move more in your day to day…

Great photos!! My rings were too tight to wear at one stage. Your hand, your body and your face all look amazing. But you were pretty before, too!

Kaymanginell - uncanny, I'm a few months off 40 :) Thank God you didn't say 50...

5' 2.5" and currently 115lb, I have a very small frame. Was around 103-104 in my younger days which was fine but would look utterly emaciated at that weight now. My taller friends who know my weight groan and say it's light, but i don't think they take height and build into it! At 130-140lbs I look huge.

 Phew!

Hang out...maybe more than once!

Maybe - but it's SO worth it lol! When I lost weight I went and bought clothes way too young and revealing for me...but loved every minute of it. I've settled down a bit now thank goodness! Enjoy the bod - and show it off! You don't want to get to 80 and think "Why didn't I wear a bikini when I had the chance??".

First time I lost weight I was an *kitten*. I was so evangelical about it, talking to friends, family and strangers about healthy eating, calories and what exercises I did that day. Payback is a witch though, I put the weight back on ;) This time around I don't talk about my eating or exercise much at all, unless someone…

It's a hard one to answer because everyone is different. It took me about 6 months to lose 30lbs, but if you have more to lose then the first pounds come off quickly. My husband started at 238 lbs and dropped 20lbs in about 2 months. Sounds like you're on the right track with your cardio and your calories. Keep up the…

You look gorgeous in all of the pics and you've done such a lot of work to get in great shape :) Your cousin and his friend are gorgeous - what sweet boys!

I was in the same boat, completely stuck at home. I started running up my driveway and down the neighbour's - looked mad, but worked! I also worked out inside around what I was doing. Lunge walk to the sink to do the dishes, squat while watching TV, bicep curling groceries. I had some cheezy workout DVDs that helped too. I…

Best thing for me has been doing planks, using a suspension trainer (I have a TRX) and doing exercises on the fit ball. These exercises seem to "suck it in" from within. With the suspension trainer and fitball you really have to engage your core to maintain stability, so you're getting a heck of a workout without…

Losing weight, in my mind, is ALL about sustainability. 800 cals is not sustainable. Start gradually or you'll feel deprived and of course cranky. I started by just cutting out most of the takeaway junk. But I still made homemade fries and cakes. Then I cut out drinking calories - so no juice or soda. Just plain or…

I use food to fight my fatigue too, especially as I don't drink caffeine. I try to take a very short nap when I feel really wiped out (even 10 minutes refreshes me), or get some fresh air, or just lie on the couch for a few minutes. I've found I am feeding my fatigue less now that I'm not associating the tired feeling with…

Wooooot! You look amazing, well done!

Big day tomorrow, will try to get photos. I don't scrub up to look particularly glam, but I'll try my best

It's an awesome feeling, isn't it?? Way to go, next thing you'll be in the Tour de France....!

I think anywhere that is easy to get to and encourages you to stick at it is a good thing! I say go for it, you can always change to traditional gym down the line if you get bored or need more of a challenge.

You are all so wonderful. I wasn't planning on losing any weight in four days, I guess I just want to "maximise my potential" lol. I am so not a girlie type, but I have bought a new dress and I'm going out to find some cute shoes today. I'm even going to get a French Manicure (that's about as far as I go I'm afraid!) and…

I love this, walking changes your mood and helps you engage in life again. From there other positive changes happen :)

Anyone? :)
