there are grapes, only 19 cals per ounce. Apples 50 cals, clementines 40 cals, baby carrots 30 cals per 3 oz. Broccoli and cauliflower have about 20 cals per 3 oz serving.

I was told that because I was big boned that I will never be slim. I am medium boned like my sister and now I'm about 1 size bigger then her.

I was eating at 1300 cals and lost over 40 lbs then everyting stoped for 3 weeks lost .8 lbs. But when I upped my cals to 1500 I started losing again. My goal it 115-120 I'm 5"1' and I'm medium boned.

all I have is a pedomiter wich I hardly ever use. Never heard of an UP I will have to look into that. Most of my exercise is walking. Dosn't have to be a Fitbit or HMR. I asked about those because that is what most people on here are talking about. I'm intrested in what ever you think might be best for me.

lost .8 lbs better then last week when I didn't lose anything.

I do the same thing that grnice39 does I still eat sugar but instead of 4 or 5 porions I eat 1 or half of one. Since being on here I don't crave sugar like I used to so I'm good with the smaller portions.

your SUPPOSED to eat fat. About 30% of your calories. I have mine set at 1300 I try to get close but not over. Since September 1, 2012 I have lost over 40 LBS by doing this. I have been told to not eat unless I'm hungry so I only eat my exercise cals if im hungry.

since I have started on here my brother has told me that over weight people live longer then healthy ones and that he thinks i might fade away. I started on here at 190 size 18-20 and now i'm 150 size 11-12. He also thinks that on really windy days I might blow away. lol

I would check your salt intake to. That would have a negitave affect on the scale if its more then the reccomended 2500mg per day.

I'm 5"1 my heaviest was 202. Was 190 when I started on here but now i'm 149. I'm medium boned and my goal is 115. I eat 1300 calories a day. Would love to have a healthy BMI for my birthday ( April 30th ). Need to lose another 17 lbs to get there. I'm 38.

my first month on MFP I lost 8.4 LBS. Thats more then I ever have before. From that alone the pain in my hips went away. I started on September 1, 2012. I have lost another 32 LBS since then. I have another 35 to go. My heaviest was 202 (Last March) and now its 150.
