As I see it, you have three options: 1. Take the most frequent reading: The result is 13st 5. 2. Calculate a median: The result is still 13st 5. 3. Calculate a mean (i.e. average): And the result is, once again, 13st 5. I think the bigger lesson here is, it really doesn't matter!

Same here. I love fruits and I eat 3-5 fruits every day. No impact on my weight loss or gains.

The mobile app produces a very nice weekly report summarizing calories for the entire week. I have not found any way to do in via browser (desktop). The report shows a graph but not a count, at least not that I can see. If there is a way to do it via browser reports could someone please post step-by-step. Thanks.

Last weekend I was out of town partying hard for 4 days. I was 5 pounds heavier when I came back than when I left. It doesn't mean I fell off anything. It's all water and glycogen. Right on, OP, don't get intimidated by the paleo police! Myself, I still eat dairy and legumes and bread, but I have completely eliminated chocolate ice cream from my diet and now I eat strawberry ice cream. I don't give a hoot if they had ice cream back then - I call it paleo so IT'S PALEO!

I too have heard about the 10 lb guideline. My attitude is, as long as it's working, don't change it. If the weightless slows or stops, time to revisit. Everything. Goals, desired weight loss rate, daily calorie goal, etc.

I am literally addicted to Trutein banana and cream. I used to drink the ON shakes, but Trutein is far, far tastier. They also claim their protein blend is superior. You can buy samples of all of their flavors through their web site. I buy the 2 lb tubs at Amazon.

One more vote for Fage. I also like flavored yoghurts, and Greek Gods are among the best tasting ones I've had. Oh, and there is Noosa. Not exactly Greek, in fact it claims to be made using a secret Australian recipe - and it tastes awesome!
