I think that depends entirely on your body type, you would know best what would be a healthy weight for yourself. The charts say most men my height should weigh 175, my goal weight is 190.

I like pineapples however I think fat-free yogurt is nasty (like eating sour cream), if you want something amazing try the cabot reduced fat vanilla, not terrible on the calories, super high in protein, and delicious (but hey, whatever floats your boat).
