I joined MyFitnessPal today and am determied to lose weight. I'm sure that it won't be an easy task, so will need all the help I can get. I'm not physically active currently, but am trying to eat better. I hope to start exercising once I've lost a little bit of weight and it's not so painful! Count me in! x
