New Here....Hello!

Hey Everyone, I've just signed up here today.
I've been on my new lifestyle plan since Thursday last week, I weighed in at 18 stone 1 pound, and weighed in again today at 17 stone 8 pounds.....so a good start.
I'm not expecting to keep anywhere near that pace once my body gets used to things, but I'm really encouraged.
I'm walking a lot, and starting my sessions with British Military Fitness on Sunday, so should be fun!!

Hello! I just joined as well. I'm new to this lifestyle change....my goal is 40 pounds. At two pounds a week I should be back to my normal size in no time! Feel free to add me if you like

I'm on week 2 here, and it's been really helpful so far. I'm being lazy and not doing much exercise, but it's a great way to keep track of what you eat.

Hey, my name is Melissa but most of the time I go by Miss. Im new to this part I have not posted before been on here 3 weeks but I think I need to try and get some support my goal is to loose 14 Kilos before my summer starts I am from New Zealand. Summer starts on the 1st of December it might be a unreachable goal but I want to try.
