oh sorry had to step away. NI= Nutritional Information..Calories, Fat, Fiber etc... i guess i will have to go back and choose another item from the data base. thanks for the respones. whoever said Nutritional Information.. a big pat on the back will have to sufice for your prize LOL

i too was wondering how you were getting your calories burned. the only safe way is by a HRM. if you are going by the machines at the gym they are not accurate at all and you may be over estimating. just a thought

Dan, the only soft drink i drink is seltzer so that is not a problem. the water factor i know from being a lifetime weight watcher and i need to start drinking more of that.. thanks for the reminder.
