The hardest day for me was day 3, my muscles were aching all over. I'm now on week 3 and I feel much more comfortable through the routines with no aching the day after. Keep at it, you'll be fine and you'll see results pretty quickly.

Try not to have the gap too big. Keep it around 20% - 30%. So if you burn 100 cals, refuel with 70 - 80. If you burn too much and don't refuel, your metabolism will slow down making harder to lose weight.

I am in the 'Obese' range. I'm doing insanity at the moment, it hurts, a lot. Only just done my first day yesterday so I hope it will get easier as the weeks go on.

I drink black coffee all day, it's 0 calories but after about 5 cups it starts to taste like the *kitten* hole of a dead cow !

I find that running after a meal is more difficult, naturally your body has one more thing to concentrate on doing, digesting, and the motion of a run doesn't make it easy. I wait maybe half an hour before running. By far the best way is to run first and then eat when you get back in.

Thanks guys, sounds like it could be shin splints. I have no idea what that is but it sounds right, lol. All I know, is it's a burning feeling as if your muscle is about to cramp up. Hopefully time will help !
