I'm walking for about 40 minutes through my neighborhood, half if which is all uphill. I'm also doing some high intensity interval workout with my sis-in-law just about every day as well.

I had a cut up rotisserie chicken breast on spinach, iceberg, and arugula salad with red onions, dried cranberries, homemade caesar dressing and some balsamic vinegar.
