I had a Major problem with this!!! It took a couple of years, two doctors and a gazillion tests.......until I finally started tracking my food . I figured out I have an intolerance to artificial food coloring, especially yellow #6 and red #40. Good luck to you!!

I had chronic hives for three years!! In September I did a three day juice fast. I did NOT have any hives for 72 hours. (amazing) Since then I have learned; processed food & beef = hives. I did it a juice fast for three days. The biggest benefit I got from it; it reduced my cravings for junk food. I subscribe to the mentality, 'you crave what you eat'. At the end of my three days I pretty much just wanted to eat fresh fruit & veggies. I will also add; it was expensive & a complete pain in the neck!!
