Im in! Finished the Shred and cant wait to do this! I am starting on Sunday and will do it 6 days a week with Fridays being my rest day. I lost 8 lbs and 7in with the Shred and Im hoping to do that again with Ripped.

Me too! I will be starting on Sunday. I plan on doing 6 days a week and taking Friday as a rest day so Ill be done Dec 5th:)

I chose not to participate in this one....maybe next time. I did indulge in a little scoop of pumpkin dip and it was delicious with my banana!

Im having my husband grab something on his way home. You could do breakfast for dinner, soup, sandwiches.

GREAT JOB!! I don't have pics, but I lost.... Total of 7 lbs. almost 2.5 inches off my belly 2 inches from my hips 1 inch off my thighs 1 inch from my natural waist 1.5 inches from area above my chest I will take that in 30 days thank you:)!! Can't wait to start Ripped and lose some more, just in time for my family's trip…

I have 4 days left of the shred. I saw the scale stay for about 2 weeks and then started losing pounds. The inches came quick. I have lost 6 lbs and about 6 inches and thats amazing for 30 days! Keep it up, and you will see great improvement on muscle tone and the way your clothes fit:)

I love my Americanos and will never take acffeine out of my diet. I don't drink soda anymore, so coffee is it for me.

I have 7 days left of 30 Day Shred and then I will be doing Ripped. A bunch of us are going to start it and will start a group:)

I stopped drinking sode about 6 weeks ago and dont miss it at all! I used to drink 1-2 every day.

Today is Day 25 for me. I have only lost 5 lbs, but lost inches in waist and hips:) Got definition in my arms and stomach now where before I had none, so thats a definite win!

I'm on level 3 and lost 5 lbs, 2 inches off my waist, 1.5 from my hips:)

I dont like the Superman. I think that is what is making my ab muscles sore!

I did those on my knees. I'm going to try it normally now and see if I can do it.

I haven't taken a break. Today is Day 3 level 3 and no break. I was afraid if I did, it would make it easier for me to take more days off and then quit it all together.
