I am on week 20 of the advanced schedule and have lost almost 20 lbs, lost inches, gained muscle and a lot more endurance! I love it. I just ordered Chalean EXtreme and will probably do a hybrid of the 2 after I do Chalean EXtreme all the way through on its own. Best calorie burn ever!!

Go to youtube and look at Fitness Blender routines. I use one for my kettlebell, and there are a bunch! All free.

I am 5'4 and beginning weight was 244. UGH Currently 171 and feeling great! Want to get down to 140ish.

I had never done a 5K, and this year I did 3:) I have NEVER in my life had to lose almost 70 lbs, but I did! I have never looked forward to exercise, but I do now! I have never been so close to being to my goal weight. I AM NOW! 2012 has been amazing and 2013 will be even better!

I eat both PB2 and regular PB. I like PB2:)

I remind myself how far I have come, and that what I am doing works! The thought of buying new, smaller clothes helps too:)

Some of the combos can be hard to remember but you will get better. Im in my second week and some parts are easier than others. When in doubt just move any way you can. Or punch and march in place:)

I did both and did them everyday. Some choose to take a day off in between workout weeks. Just try and see what is best for you. Even if you take a day or 2 off, you will get great results!

5'4 and 184. I have been doing walking, Turbo Fire and Jilliam Michaels workouts. Wanna lose about 30-35 more lbs.

I have lost 60 lbs and havent gotten rid of my fat clothes. They are too big for me now, so couldnt wear them if I tried. I don't know what I'm waiting for!
