I've heard a lot of people really like Shakeology. I thought of trying it myself, as a meal replacement/snack once I start Turbo Fire.

Week 3, day 2 today1 Yesterday was crazy! I was a pile of sweat, but was a great workout.

Today is day 5 of week 2 for me. There are some exercises I love on this level, and others I hate! LOL Im excited to start week 3 on Sunday though. That level looked fun.

I did it last month and now I am doing Ripped in 30. After Ripped, I will be Turbo Fire for the first time and really excited!

I like the carving board kind, by Oscar meyer. It has 1 gram sugar and it is thick cut and good!

Today is day 4 for me on week 2 and I dont like it either! Hate the Table one with a passion and have to use modified moves a lot of it. Hoping I like week 3 better!

I just bought PB2, the powdered PB and it is amazing stuff! Tastes just like the real thing and only 45 calories and 1.5 grams fat for 2 Tbs!

Im so glad to hear it! I will be starting it next month and a little nervous on being able to keep up with the moves and being coordinated! LOL Can't wait to try it!

For me, I am doing 6 days a week and 1 rest day. next month I will be starting Turbo Fire and that is also the same schedule, and then moves to 2 rest days a week.

I just got Turbo Fire in the mail and plan on starting it next month after I am done with Ripped in 30. IM excited!

A huge thing for me lately is being able to buy boots and they fit around my calves! Last year I couldnt find any that fit as my calves were too big and I refused to buy wide-width! LOL

I just finished 30 Day Shred and now doing Ripped. JIllian kicks your butt, but it is so effective! I plan on doing Turbo Fire after this. Feel free to add me! Support and motivation of others is key for me and helps a lot!

My son hugs me and tells me how skinny I am since he could never reach around so closely!

Today is Day 4 for me and soreness is starting to go away. The first 2 days my hamstrings and lower back killed me! I cant wait for the results!

Backs of my thighs and lower back are sore today so I worked my body yesterday for sure~ Gonna do it again tonight.
