Insanity Recording

So, I just started using the myfitnesspal app and I am beginning Insanity today.
How would I record Insanity into the app? I tried searching for some of the exercises in the app to no avail. Would I have to create each exercise in the app? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Edit: After some more research on here, I have found that a HRM is the best way to get this info. I will get one of these before doing it.

Probably be best if you used heart rate monitor and manually entered cals burned. It can really vary person to person.0
