Kettle Bells
I am wanting to get kettle bells for Christmas and start a routine. Wanted to get tips from those who use them. Do you reccommend the standard kettle bell or is it better to get contoured ones? So I was very excited last month to but size 14 curdoroys as I havent worn a size 14 in about 9 years! This morning I put them on and they are getting saggy in the butt! Im so psyched to even think I may be buying 12's soon!

Ripped Newbie
Did day 1 today and I loved it! Just finished 30 day shred and I like Ripped better already I think. Calorie burn was amazing and made me sweat. I'm excited to complete it!

I just finished the 30DS and looking forward to continued success with Ripped. I plan on starting this on Sunday and will go 6 days a week and Fridays will be my rest days. Cant wait!

Potlucks suck
At work today there is a potluck to celebrate Halloween and of course it is filled with cookies, cakes, fried crap and just over-all crap. My last day of Level 2!
