OMG! I just started level 2. What the heck was up with those walking push-ups? Only she could come up with those.

How did you know that you walked 7 miles? Do you have one of those fit devices? If so, how is it?

It depends on how fit you are. I wanted to start off slowly, which is why I began with the 3 pound weights. But now, (I am only in week two) I wish I had just started with the 5 pounders.

That bad huh? ( You are hilarious, btw)
-
I actually like the jumping jacks!
-
You look great!
-
I use three pound weights.

I recommend doing the modified sit up ( with only one hand behind your hand and the other extended.) Sometimes using both hands behind the head encourages you to exert more pressure on the head. 2) point your chin out. Try not to let your chin touch your neck. Hope this helps!

Welcome Jake! I just sent you a request.

I remember the first time the doctor told me I was obese, I think i was about 150 pounds at the time. Those charts don't take into account curves, culture, muscle weight or anything. So, I would take it with a grain of salt.

I could use the support, add me please!
