level 1
So, I just did it for the first time and I was thinking, " That wasn't as hard as everyone said it was." But now that my muscles are starting to"cool off" I am starting to get a little sore. How is that even possible? It didn't even feel like I was doing much.

One person told me they were on level three. More power to you, I'm not that brave. I will spend two weeks at each level. But, feel free to post your comments here if you've started it.

Is 30 days a reasonable timeline for this challenge? Should we extend the date? If so, how long should it be?

I need friends!
Okay, I don't mean to sound needy or anything but I am determined to end the cycle of dieting and ready to begin a new path of healthy eating and routine exercise. I really think that adding friends will give me the extra push that I need so that I don't quit (again). Please feel free to add me.
