Last Day-December 15th

Hi Everyone! Lets extend the challenge to December 15th so that we don't feel rushed. Please be consistent and make sure you get your cardio in from another source. I know we can do it. Stay encouraged and Don't give up!

    Thanks Nonye! This makes prefect sense. My plan is to take 2 rest days/week, doing 10 days at each level which will be 2 weeks/level so the 3 levels should take 6 weeks, more or less! Hope my body holds out for me, no injuries!!!!

    Will this group just end and close on dec 15? if so, can we start up another one? i am thinking of doing another round of it after this round. I was gooing to go onto a different jm video, however, i have been doing mostly modified versions of the workouts this time around. i am hoping to get to the unmodified versions eventually :)

    just curious how it works that the dec 15 is the last day. :)

    I've been thinking of doing a second round as well, although I haven't had a look at level 3 yet :tongue: but I like the results so far and I think I will upgrade my weights next time.
    I'd also like to try another workout series like ripped in 30, the body revolution or turbo fire. there are so many workouts out there! maybe we can all do a new challenge after this one?! :smile:
