I think those are off. I am 5'2 and if I weight what they say is my ideal weight I would look sickly..be way too skinny..

I drink EAS Myoplex Lite Chocolate Fudge protein shakes. Yummy they also come in Strawberry and Vanilla. ALso have a really good choc and peanut butter protein bar. Yummy

No expert but was always told more effective to work out first then wait 1 hr before you eat. Supposed to burn more calories ..

CHECK OUT BODYFOR LIFE. IT IS WHAT I DO. sundays are free days!!!! its really easy and you eat 6 small meals a days. It does work because I lost 80lbs before. Just went off for a year and gained 30 back. Back on it now

you need protein, dont beleive that to be true. I drink Eas Myoplex lite after my work outs and also as a snack . I beleive the protein helps with muscle recovery after workouts. Im not expert but that is what I have read
