I started at 285 then hit 240. I gained 13 lbs back but am now back to 240. Joined MFP just a few days ago. We can do it. One day at a time. Good Luck

you might be losing muscle along with fat. I use the Advocare's Catalyst to prevent that and have lost 13 additional pounds in the last month. Congrats. I am a PREVIOUS type 2 diabetic. I have also been taken off my medications. It sure is a great feeling isn't it! Keep up the good work!
