  • so sorry i'm late!!! I'm still plugging along.. hope I can still weigh in. This week i'm at 120, finally. We'll see where it goes from here. No lie, those last few pounds are stubborn!!!!

  • This challenge is going to be a toughy for me since i'm not a waster AT ALL!! I eat leftovers almost every day! I think i'll have to just stick to the turkey leftovers and avoid hubby's sweet potato casserole (which is much sweeter than pie!!) lol
  • 122 been bouncing back and forth between 121 and 122, need to buckle down to get the last few off!

  • I thought about not weighing in for this reason too. Guess i'm just gonna do it anyway and hope that next weeks weigh in will be at least a 2 lb loss. (i'm up one from last week today)
  • This exactly, once I lost a little I started to think... well, you can have more leniency... then BAM weight loss stalled and I freaked out! Got me back on track quick but recently i've been trying to take my losses with a grain of salt lol

  • Oh I know how you feel! I had eggs and canadian bacon for breakfast yesterday (which was delicious) but the rest of my family was having a big stack of fried syrupy pancakes and regular bacon at the same time!! It was really hard for me, but I survived and felt really proud afterwards!!
  • hi weigh in: 127, the same. wah wah :grumble: I should be thankful though because I made the mistake of checking the scale a couple of times during the week and thought I was a gain for this week for sure. NSVs, stamina and agility is increasing!! (big ones for me) and old clothes seeming to look a tad more flattering!!
  • I eat this a lot, I just add a tiny dribble of honey for sweetness. I can't let go of my cereal!!

  • I did 70 regular style push-ups yesterday! (7 sets of 10 :D) I sincerely thought I couldn't do more than 10, i'm so stoked!! Congrats on your NSV, they are so much better than the "numbers game" and I love reading them

  • I came down with a cold yesterday and I'm feeling down in the dumps. I've been maintaining my 1200 cals and eating back half of my exercise cals, but today's definitely gonna be a rest day :( I'm just afraid any little hiccup in progress is going to derail me! agh

  • "Usually I'll pre-log whatever it is I'm thinking about eating into my diary and when I see that it destroys my macros or my overall calories beyond repair for the day I'm able to delete it back out and walk away from it. Or, if it still looks good and fits in with everything, I eat it and has a happy. :D" I do this too :))

  • Whelp I suppose I'll see where it goes!! Its only been 10 days since I started so i'm hoping to learn a lot about myself in this process. How long have you been here? Are you noticing progress? I am so excited to see/hear peoples success stories
