Not sure if this helps at all but I've been on and off low carb for about a year and it works! Thank you guys so much for the happy thoughts! My mini goal is 150, my over the moon goal would be 135. :) I did see a weight loss doctor and she said 127 would be perfect.

I'm eating the rest of my mealx 4x each day. 5 meals total.

I use a digital scale so I know how much food Im taking in. I use my fitbit app to track food. I also eat pretty much the same thing every day... Today for example- Breakfast- 2 poached eggs, 1 cup of grits Rest of my meals- 2.5 oz turkey patty 3/4 cups brocolli 1/2 cup brown rice

I've been logging my food on my fitbit so I haven't used this site as much. I've been doing this for a few months now. I should also add that I only drink coffee and water. about 125 oz of water a day

I swim for an hour about 4 days a week. I tend to alternate what I;m doing. I'll swim 10 lengths free, 10 back, 10 breast, 10 kick and 10 with a pulley. I do that twice so about 100 laps total. I started only doing about 60 but have worked my way up. Its the only thing I've tried that has helped me lose weight.

Ive tried it and aside from wanting to stab my boyfriend for a bite of his dinner, it did work. HOWEVER- i stopoped after a few weeks and gained everything back then some. It's just not realistic. Yes, I lost 14 lbs in 2 eeks, but I was miserable. Tracking my cals and exercise on here is so much easier.

Im eating 1000-1200 cals/day. Tracking everything like crazy. i guess it comes down to inches vs lbs, right? I am noticing my love handles going away, I just wish the number on the scale would go down too. Thanks for all the advice

I dont know whats going on with me. I have been keeping under my calories every night and I have gone up 3 lbs. Working out every day too. I've been on this site for almost a month but this last week isnt working out right. So confusing, I know.
