Most people look at breakfast as being important because it fuels your day. What better way to get fuel then to take in some energy? Good for you! Judging by your typical day you gave an example of it looks like calorie restriction (very restrictive at that) was the main benifactor of your slim down. And please keep in mind statements like this are in no way true. Carry on!

I see people on here all the time saying things like: "just exercise a little hard the next day and you'll be fine" idk, chasing calories with exercise seems like borderline eating disorder to me. I've just never looked at it that way.

No. That's just a frozen banana not ice cream. It baffles me that people think 'No Sugar Added" means it's better for you. Only reason to waste your time cutting sugar is if you have a medical reason to do so.

I weigh it cooked, just seems easier and less of a mess. If there is indeed a big calorie difference then I guess my TDEE is higher than I think it is.

Like running for exercise in flip flops? WTH? I'm eagerly awaiting the day I see that one. I played a round of Golf in flip flops before (used a kart obv). I was drunk though and forgot my socks and putting on my golf cleats without socks just didnt seem like a good idea at the time. I guess that's kinda weird.
