I need to try the Cinnamon Bun Fun but have never pulled the trigger. I better get on top of that before they pull the Limited Editions. As far as Dreyer's/Edy's Slow churned goes I like the Double Fudge Brownie and the Mud Pie but most I've tried are damn tasty. I have never tried the sugar free or yogurt blends.

No, don't ever freeze cooked meat. The second you put it in the freezer it absorbs all the carcinogen from the ice crystals and is 100% detrimental to your health and will cause cancer. Can't remember exactly where I read that but it was a book written by an educated doctor.

pretty much everyone loves sweets. Allow yourself sweets in moderation and enjoy life. Nothing should be cut out completely unless you have a medical reason to do so. Just don't go over your allotted calories and you will be fine :flowerforyou:

If you've been logging/countingcalories through mfp the past month to help you eat at a deficit cutting carbs and candy but still eating the same amount of calories isn't going to help you burn fat any faster. i suggest a more balanced approached and allow yourself things you love in moderation.

It baffles me that people actually think they have tricked themselves into thinking something is "sickenly sweet" Get over yourself YOU STILL ENJOY ICE CREAM. if you didnt you wouldn't be freezing yogurt and calling it "ice cream" just my $.02 :)

on Saturday night I BBQ'd some chicken legs and my 2 year old daughter ate 3 of them. The next morning she was asking for more. How could I deny her? BBQ chicken leg and an apple for breakfast!
