Losing weight is as much mental as it is a healthy life style. You might want to focus on thinking positive. Take a really good look at your pictures. They say a lot; a lot about how far you have come. You might consider strength training! I find that lifting weights helps my mental status. It makes me feel in powered!

Life is too short! You're an adult now; live your life and make good choices. If that's the worst thing your parents did was make you finish all the food on your plate, then consider yourself pretty lucky. Just saying, it could have been worse.

Always thought I was big boned and that I could never wear anything other than size large shirt. Well I was wrong. I've lost 60 pounds and I can wear a medium and sometimes a small. I wouldn't get hung up on what size bones you have.. Work towards your goal and think about how great you feel!!

I have an addiction to my scales. I agree with you completely!! I know I need to "BREAK UP" with my scales and focus on measurements and how my clothes fit. That in it's self is so daunting and scary for me!
