Lost Steps - VivoFit
I forgot to sync my VivoFit yesterday, did I lose all my steps? When I synced today I notice yesterdays steps weren't there. If that is the case can I add the steps manual from my Iphone. I had record day for me, so I'm totally bummed that the data maybe lost.

6 MINUTE MORNING WORKOUT
I've moved my workouts to the evening because I need to get more sleep. However I miss the energy I was getting from my morning workouts. Does anybody do a little morning workout? I found on that is 16 squats, 15 pushups, 30 sec plank hold, and 16 bicycle crunches. Do you think this will "jump start" my day?

Does anybody do light strength training everyday with 1/2 hour of treadmill/elliptical?
