30 Day Shred and Running

I'm looking to shake up my workout routine soon again! I have 16 pounds to go before I reach my final goal weight of 150 (I'm 5'5"). I'm finding it harder as I get closer to lose weight so I keep changing up my routines.

I was wondering if anybody has had success with doing 30 Day Shred every other day and running the other days! I need to keep up with my running because there are several 5K's I want!

Strength training is important to me, so that's why I'm thinking 30Day Shred would be helpful.
