My Personal Challenge

I've developed a unhealthy relationship with my scales and have a bad case of phantom fat (I look in the mirror and see the 238 pound women I used to be, not the 167 pounds that I'm currently at). I need to learn to appreciate/accept/love body. I need to continue toning and losing the last 10'ish pounds of fat! My goal is no longer a number on the scales; it will be a size 8 pants!

So for me I have to put things in writing; it's a way that I hold myself accountable. So here it is, My 8 Week Personal Challenge:

~~ So starting tomorrow Sunday, March 2nd I will turn over my scales to my husband for 8 weeks, with one weigh in at the half way point.
~~ I will not eat peanut butter from a spoon!
~~ I will not eat sweets ( except cake/ice cream for my B-day and maybe a couple of treats on my ski trip)
~~ I will work out Monday thru Friday ( total body work outs Mon, Wed, Fri & Cardio on Tues, Thru. Sat and Sun outdoor activity's)
~~ I will not drink soda
~~ I will measure and LOG everything I put in my mouth on MFP
~~ I will not eat above my allotted calories
~~ I will measure myself every 3 weeks and take pictures at the start and the end.

The objective of this personal challenge is to love my new body and learn to feel good without having validation from a number on the scale..

Wish me luck!!
