Ladies - do you log your period weight gain?
So each month I gain 2-5 pounds the week before my period and then it goes away (this is very frustrating!!). Should I log that as a gain. My weigh-in days are Fridays. I hate to see my pounds lost number go down. What does everybody else do?

I working in office with two other ladies. The lady in front of me handles the customer that come in. Today I'm standing at the copier which customers can see when they are at the front desk. OMG 5 pounds over the weekend!!
I hate the scales this morning!! I had reached my New Years goal on Friday of 165. Then today I'm at 170... 5 pounds in three days!!! UGGHHHHH... We had three parties and it was so hard to resist...and the Wine OH the Wine!!! Please tell me these pounds will leave as quick as it came. Anybody else have this happen?

Hair Loss
Has anybody else experienced hair loss while losing weight? I was at my hair dresser yesterday and she said my hair has thinned out. She did say that this happens and it will grow back. I had noticed a lot of hair falling out when showering. Should I be taking supplements?
