How often do you replace your sneakers? I've been active everyday since Feb 20th, with one day rest a week and a full week of in May. Should I get new sneakers? Thoughts

Every 300-400 miles is recommended, mine last about 7-9 months just using them on a treadmill before they start hurting my feet0

When you say active do you mean running? The impact of running (even using good form) breaks down cushioning which is why runners should be replacing their shoes every 300 to 500 miles or so. If you're doing other, lower impact activities they last you longer, personally after I retire a pair of runners from active running duty I still use them for casual wear and other exercises for ages afterward (my wife complains about my collection in the front hall closet....).
Check the soles for signs of wear. If you're starting to get any foot or leg pains while exercising that's a good sign that it's time to buy a new pair.0
