Bio Force Total Gym 2.0 - Need Manual

I have the Bio Force Total Gym and have miss placed my manual. There are over 100 weight lifting moves that can be done, but without the manual I'm lost. Does anybody have this machine that might be willing to send me a copy of the manual, I'd be willing to pay for it. Or does anybody have any suggestions on how to get a manual. I've looked on-line with no success. I'm open to suggestions.

I don't have the full manual any longer but I have been using the Total Gym website under exercises. I don't know if that will give you the information you need on weight lifting moves but there are small video clips for each suggested moves.
