In search of a Re-Boot

I've lost 60 pounds between Feb 2102 to March 2013. Since then I have maintained but can't seem to get motivated to lose the last 10 pounds. I lead a pretty physical life style getting at least 30 minutes of exercise a day.

For those of you that have experienced a plateau how did you RE-BOOT yourself! I know it's my eating that is off and my carvings for "bad" and "unhealthly" foods has increase. I'm trying to remember how far I've come and not beat myself up for losing focus. However I really really really want to lose that last 10 pounds. Looking for some motivation and support!
