Green Tea Drinkers

Hello, wondering if Green Tea Drinkers have seen the benefits that green tea claims to make.

    Green tea is full of healthy antioxidents. It is not magic and will have minimal impact on weight loss or gain, but it is good for you. I drink a cup or two every day but it didn't stop me from packing on 30 lbs when I ate more than burned.

    ^^ It is definitely good for you.

    If you're talking about the benefits as far as it speeding up your metabolism and burning fat you would have to drink something like 12 cups a day to see any sort of benefit.

    not sure about seeing the benefits of it but I do find it really great for saving calories for other things as I used to drink a lot of tea
