Ditch or Not to Ditch the Sales!

I've become obsessed with my scales. I weight my self at "least" 4 times a day! I can't decide if it's to hold myself accountable or to torture myself.
I've started to do "metabolic" training/workouts to burn the last 10 pounds of fat! So my questions is how many of you divorced your scales? If you have what do you to check your progress? If you measure how are you certain your measuring in the same place each time? Do you watch your calorie intake and continue to workout and just know your healthy?
I think it's time for me to end MY harmful relationship

No doubt 4 times a day is for torture purposes....personally I measure and use the mirror, seriously, I weigh myself maybe 2 or 3 times a year.0

A scale is clearly your worse enemy. Ditch it and take pictures once a month.0

Agreed. I don't weigh any more frequently than once a month, if that even. Come to think of it, I haven't weighed since before Christmas. I'll know if I'm heading in the wrong direction based on what I see in the mirror and how my clothes are fitting.0

I divorced my scale last August. Based off looks, and how I fit into old clothes, I estimate I've lost close to 50-60 lbs since then.
I decided not to get back on to a scale until the smallest size jeans I have from way back in the day are loose. It's going to be an awesome surprise to see what I weigh when I finally do step on the scale again.0
