My girls are almost gone!! I've lost 60 pounds went from a 44DD to a 36B. It's sad when you husband is a boob man; however he's super excited about my weight loss and "new" found energy! :love:

True friends will understand and support you! I've had nothing but amazing support from my friends. Also keep in mind that temptations will always be a part of your life, so you need to learn to deal with them. It's hard trust me, but you need to do this for yourself.

I LOVE Kelly Coffee-Myers DVD's! You use hand weights and I've seen amazing results. And she has so many that I don't get bored! I started with 5lb and 8lb weights, now I use 8lb, 10lb and 12lb weights.... Check the DVD's out on Amazon.com.

100% health eating for me ( I don't use the word diet) ... However I do work out everyday for my Mental Health and to keep my muscles tone! I would guess your not eating enough!!! Do your research, there is a lot of info out there regarding how much calories you need! Good Luck!!

My dad told me last week if I lost any more weight he was going to kick my *kitten*... Funny think is I haven't lost any since January, I've been toning up... But he didn't want to hear it. Some days being a dad's girl is hard! I'm still 10-15 pounds from my goal!
