Super rude! Anyhoo. I have big girls myself. AND I'm a breastfeeding mom. I wear TWO sports bra's and use a tensor for support. Then i put on a tight tank top and a tshirt. I swear its an extra 5lbs of weight but it keeps them from knocking me out on the track. I got my sports bra's at Walmart on the cheap.

Started at 238. Lost 80lbs. Had a baby. Working on losing this 40 lbs of baby weight before resuming my 100 lb weight loss goal which will actually end up being 140 lbs total weight loss

I'm at home with a 7 month old. I've been doing the fit sugar 10 minute workouts. Lots to choose from and super easy to follow.
