If you are going to do a cleanse keep in mind the reason why you want to do the cleanse! If you are going to clean out your system don't do it then go eat a burger haha kinda depletes the purpose. The thing i like about this is that you get a grocery list, and the directions on what to eat. It's probably one of the better…

I was healthy and active. In 2008 i got pregnant with my daughter, gained 40 lbs. But that wasnt the worst part. Due to my pregnancy i am now…

I hope there is room for one more!!!! i have lost 70 lbs and still have another 30 to go!!! And i'm really curious how this will go!!

really should only weigh yourself once a week, same time, same place, every week. That way it is more reliable information. Most people gain/loose within 5 lbs within a week. so pick a day of the week, usually monday morning for most people, and try not to peek till next monday!

Reply to : lol and I meant havent changed my vitamins and am on no meds. And most likely culprits in loss of inches put not so much on the scale is muscle growth or water retained. Try weighing yourself once or twice a week and as early in the day as possible. Believe me I can massivly weigh more from morning to evening.…

i work at subway, and i have a VERY hard time not eating those delicious cookies! It's a struggle every shift. i found that chewing gum helps keep my mouth busy and helps with the cookie craving. It might help you with your chocolate craving!!

Lol i was just going to say Sarah, EXERCISE, BURN OFF THOSE CALS! Lol And if anyone can, maybe double your work out/water intake for the rest of the week/ week before the big dinner(s), so that if by chance you can't resist certain things. Then you know you have worked hard to preburn/burn off the weight that you have…

I don't know about you all, But i'm already regretting Halloween! Lol That is the one time of the year that kills me! When it comes to meals for christmas/thanksgiving/new years its pretty easy to plan for, just like you would a normal dinner! Especially if you already know whats going to be there (my family usually has…

Try working out before going to class. eat smaller meals every 3 - 4 hours. Plan what your meals are going to be, and stick to them! And if you don't, well its you that is losing out remember. Just pick yourself back up and try again. Giving up won't make the pounds going away, they will just keep adding on.

Well i was diagnosed with Hypothyroid almost three years ago. And the first start to maintain your weight, is don't use it as an excuse as to why you are gaining weight! I have lost 60 lbs with the disease, just by eating better and exercising. Exercising in the morning will boost your metabolism. And eating smaller meals…

I know i see you at every family gathering we have, but way to go Sister-in-law! Gotta say your weight loss made me step it up a bit! And it's good that we are doing this together or i might not actually push myself! Every week i go 'have i done enough to keep up or pass Sarah?' lol!!!
-
LMAO That was hilarious about the 'put the cheeseburger down' HAHA

I've lost 51 lbs. And the greatest thing i've noticed is just being able to move around without gasping for air after a few minutes. My house has two sets of full stairs, and one bathroom, AT the top floor lol. It was killer to be 256 lbs and going up two sets of stairs, i was doubling over! That's when i knew i had to…

Thanks all for the posts! I'm a stay at home mom, and so i usually get up before my daughter does, eat something, and then do the work out video. After that really can't get another work out in till night when she's asleep. I will make sure to eat something before working out! I didn't know about catabolizing my muscles…
