I had a conversation about this yesterday. I think people get offended with being called fat because of the stigma. But I think it is what it is. If you are fat, you are. I meant cardio, not cardiograph. My kindle likes to autocorrect things that are just fine a lot.

:) I went and did my cardio and realized I was much more sore than I thought while I was typing out this post laying in my bed :) I'm going to wait until tomorrow! Thanks for the input everybody.

Well, I am sore. Some muscles more than others. I obviously wouldn't be working the really sore ones.......plus I like the sore feeling. Guess I'll just wait til tomorrow. I KNOW I'm lifting enough. I'm lifting as much as I can.

I like just sprinkling with a little salt and eating it. You can put it in lasagna, or make deviled eggs substituting half the yolks with the cheese.

I tried WW for a few weeks. My friend gave me the books and the little point calculator. I gave up though. I agree with the comment about how with MFP if you want to have a portion of a serving it is much easier to calculate. I also like how when I exercise I can log it and it shows me how many calories I've gained for…

I say, as long as it fits your right and you're not busting out of it, and you feel comfortable then wear one! I just started losing weight, I started at 186. Last summer, I wore a bikini.
