I've decided to get a HRM. I'm looking on Amazon.com and there are a lot of choices. I keep seeing chest straps. Even if the watch comes with a chest strap, is it necessary to wear a chest strap? I know it takes 24-48hrs of rest time to build up your muscles from lifting. So, does that mean that if you lift at 8am on tuesday, at 8am on wednesday, you *might* be safe to lift again? Adding in weight lifting question
On lots of things I've read, it says to lift different muscle groups on different days. I would rather just lift every other day and do a circuit of the equipment in the gym, working out all my muscle groups on the same day. Is that bad?
