Thank you! I run or do the elliptical at LEAST 30 mins a day (except sundays I take that day off), sometimes more if I'm feeling up to it. I just log everything into MFP. I sometimes go over, but eh. I haven't been checking in, but tomorrow will be Day 4 of Level 3 for me and there's definitely a difference between now and when I started! I'm excited to be done soon. I've been pushing through every day, despite the fact that I caught a small cold last week and now have a teensy residual cough.

I just imagine it would have to be tight to not slide down, I guess. Bras have straps so it keeps it up by your shoulders, kwim? Also...cardiovascular exercise is not only unnecessary for healthy fat loss...but has been proven to be detrimental to it. Can you do cardio and still lose fat? I just started lifting at the beginning of last week. I love how it feels. I'm scared to let go of some cardio too! For the same reason, cause I feel like I wouldn't be burning calories to lose weight. I just make a circuit with all the equipment at the gym and lift heavy.
