i am doing to the following weights which are all using the machines, no free weights: Leg Press - 3 sets, 10 reps, 95lbs Chest Press - 3 sets, 8 reps, 30 lbs Tricep Extention - 3 sets, 10 reps, 50lbs Machine Fly - 3 sets, 8 reps, 30lbs Im not trying to really build muscle but to get rid of all my fat.

Those would be good but i cant put in 30 seconds or squats or 30 seconds of pushups in my fitness pal. i need something more steady like the running in one spot. I was so tired i did not even think of that!

you really should not eat less than 1,200 calories a day, try increasing it and see what happends. But your not even eatting enough to function normally during a normal sit-on-your-a** day. You require a minimum 1,200 cal just to think, and for your body to work. Maybe try going to a dietician.

thats my plan was to increase protein i have been thinking about taking a protein shake. and i cant cut my calories any more. Im at 1,200 and already feel light headed by the end of the day

OOO thats a good idea about the wraps! i will maybe try that. The bread i eat now is high in fiber and lower in sugar and it has no white ****! But i will try doing wraps instead. ThANKS! :happy:

Im not really doing anything for exercise just a little walk a few days a week. and i like fruit cuz its sweet and it curbs my disire to eat sweet junk food.

Thanks for all the help and advice, im eating the 1200 cals/day because thats what MFP says to eat to lose 2 lbs a week.
